Forge Flex
For Go, Plus and Pro when the setup fee is hard to pay at once. A small amount upfront, a fixed monthly fee for 12 months, then standard maintenance.

Deposits, stages and instalments for each service, and the few house rules that keep every project on time.
Built first and shown on a preview link. Paid in full before it goes live.
50% deposit, 50% when you approve the site, before launch. Maintenance starts the month after launch.
40% to start, 40% at an agreed milestone and 20% on delivery.
Split 50/50, or paid in three monthly instalments.
Monthly, in advance. A 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
An upfront payment, then 12 monthly payments. Work starts when the upfront payment clears.
Delivery times count from the day we have everything we need, from your logo and photos to your product list and text. A content checklist goes out with every deposit receipt, so you know exactly what to send.
Launch-date promise. If you supply your content on time and we miss the agreed launch date, your first month of maintenance is free.
Starter includes one round of revisions. Every other build and design item includes two. Copywriting is an add-on, and larger work is quoted before it starts.

The site is paused 14 days after a missed payment. Flex is a 12-month agreement, so if you leave early you pay the balance of the setup fee still owed.
A content checklist goes out with your deposit receipt, and the delivery clock starts when your content arrives. If nothing arrives within 14 days, the project pauses. After 30 days it closes and the deposit covers work done. Restarting costs $20.
If you supply your content on time and we miss the agreed launch date, your first month of maintenance is free.
You do, always. Ad spend comes from your budget and we never front ad money. Managing spend above what your plan includes is 15% of spend.
No international card? Prepay your ad budget by EcoCash or bank transfer plus a 5% handling fee. We pay Meta or TikTok for you, and the platform receipts are in your monthly report.
